Technical Compliance & Quality Control
- Inspection of structural, architectural, and MEP works
- Reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- Snag list preparation and closure tracking
- Verifying compliance with local codes and international standards
Documentation & Reporting
- Daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
- Photo documentation of progress and issues
- Logs of inspections, NCRs, approvals, and material tracking
Quantity Verification & Payment Support
- Site measurements and BOQ verification
- Approving contractor invoices based on actual progress
- Variation and remeasurement support
Safety Oversight
- Enforcing health and safety standards (local or international)
- Daily safety walkthroughs and reporting incidents
- Coordination with HSE officers or contractors' safety reps
Coordination & Communication
- Attending coordination and technical meetings
- Managing correspondence and site instructions (SIs)
- Liaising between contractor, client, and consultants
